Terms of Service

These terms apply to the QuickJob Now app, website, booking pages and customer portals, provided by Qliqlo Lab Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada ("we"). By creating an account or using QuickJob Now you agree to them.

What QuickJob Now is

QuickJob Now is a tool for independent handymen to run their own business: services and prices, a booking page, customer requests, quotes, scheduling, invoices, payments and messages. It is not a marketplace. We do not find customers for handymen, take part in their jobs, or take a commission on them.

Handymen

• You are responsible for your business: your prices, the work you do, your customers, and the taxes, licences and insurance it needs.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and send, and for having your customers' permission to contact them.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Card payments, when available, go to your own Stripe account; refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled between you, your customer and Stripe.

Customers

When you send a request or accept a quote, your agreement for the job is with the handyman, not with us. Contact the handyman about the work, prices and payments.

Translation

Notes and messages are translated automatically by a third-party provider, DeepSeek, outside Canada including in China (see the Privacy Policy). Machine translation can be wrong; the original text is always available. [To confirm: which language version of a quote or invoice governs if the two sides read different translations (PRD §20).]

Fees

Handymen pay a monthly subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle billing, trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds. QuickJob Now is free for handymen during the beta. Customers do not pay us anything. [To confirm: price, trial length and what is limited without a subscription.]

Acceptable use

Don't use QuickJob Now to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, upload content you have no right to share, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep QuickJob Now available and secure, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Ending your account

You can stop using QuickJob Now at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end accounts that break these terms. [To confirm: data export and deletion periods (PRD §16, §20).]

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell handymen about important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
